The building

Constructed in the 1880's, the 6 story building is a typical "Directoire style" construction. The street side of the building has 4 large size windows with west exposure overlooking the minister of education private housings.

The back windows (the two suites) have east and south exposures and overlooks a beautifull building separated by a private garden and high trees.

The building is equiped with a 1970 elevator and has good dry cellar for wine lovers.

There is only one apartment per floor, which means that an excellent management and good relation exist between the neighbors.
