Quarters
Located in the best part of the 7th. arrondissement (Musée d'Orsay, M°
Solferino), the apartment is situated in a quiet and safe street between rue de Grenelle and boulevard Saint Germain. Near the angle of rue Las Cases, a beautifull street that takes you to the Saint Clotilde church and square.
Surrounded by private gardens and trees, you have the feeling of being in a town house while living in the center of Paris.
The neighborhood is full of foodstores and shops (Gosselin bakery, butcher,
supermarket, restaurants and cafés, flower shop, antique galleries, and
beautifull interior decorators such as Elitis and Promemoria). The post office is just a minute walk and many banks hold offices next to the angle of boulevard Saint Germain.
The street has little car trafic in the morning and almost none at night.
There are no buses that circulate in this street (no pollution). The size of
the street is quite important. There are parking spaces for local residents, and a car can pass on the left side if you need to stop just in front of the main door to operate heavy luggage.
