Technical information

The whole heating system was renewed and includes a brand new Elm Leblanc gas heating system that also supplies hot water.


The whole water circuit has been renewed. Brand new WCs, sinks, and Grohe and Philippe Stark's designed accessories.

New electric box, two phone lines and CCTV for each room including reception areas.

There is Air Conditioning in the main suite

The living room is wired for home theatre pleasures.

The two bathrooms have floor tiles and towel dryers (central heating)
